Thompson’s stood out from the crowd by providing me links and contact information, and then leaving me to follow up with them. No high pressure, no harassing, but ocassionally touching in to offer assistance. Their website was great and they had the best inventory and pricing I found in the entire area. I got good information and decided to go for a test drive and I am really glad I did. Aim To Please In August, 2018 we purchased a 2018 Encore Preferred thru the on-line service with Jace Brinkley. Our son worked with Jace, and then informed us we In August, 2018 we purchased a 2018 Encore Preferred thru the on-line service with Jace Brinkley. Our son worked with Jace, and then informed us we had the right salesperson to work with. All that was left for us to do was take check in hand and pick up our new Buick, which had been "pulled up front" waiting on us-along with Jace! In December, 2018 our car was totalled in a wreck. After settlement with our insurance company, who was also very accommodative, we contacted Jace with our predictument. 3 days later we drove away in our 2019 Encore which had been "pulled up front" waiting for us. Jace and Mike Wood worked with us in both a business and compassionate manner. We paid just under $3000 more than we paid for our 2018 Encore 5 months prior! This is an amazing team at Thompsons! More
