Second Car and Another Great Experience Second car we purchased from Thompson. For the second time we have traveled from Kansas City area to purchase a car from Thompson. Like before, tried to make a deal in KC, but the sales personnel were aggressive, the inventory lacking, pricing high, and lack of full disclosure of pricing. Made the deal over the internet/phone and traveled to Springfield. The dealership was busy, so it took a little longer to complete the deal than the first time, but they took good care of us and never lost track of us. Overall experience as good as the first time. Probably do it again when the time comes. More
