I just bought a 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 from Thompson GMC, my sales person was Jace Brinkley. Since I live about 90 miles away we did most of the deal through email and phone calls. This was definitely a great car buying experience. The car that we loved and intended to have for a very long time was totaled. We were definitely NOT looking forward to doing car shopping because it is u car that we loved and intended to have for a very long time was totaled. We were definitely NOT looking forward to doing car shopping because it is usually not a good experience. But working with Jace Brinkley and the Finance Department was not a hassle at all. We had a pleasant experience test driving the car. We did not have the insurance money yet and Jace held the car for us almost a week. Easy Peasy! These guys are the greatest! After finding the Buick I wanted three hours from my home, I initiated an online conversation with Vince in sales at Tho These guys are the greatest! After finding the Buick I wanted three hours from my home, I initiated an online conversation with Vince in sales at Thompson. By that afternoon, the business manager, Adam, contacted me. He asked me a few questions. From there, every piece of the transaction was done seamlessly online including my trade in appraisal. I submitted finance paperwork online as well. Through several texts and maybe three phone calls, everything was done as we discussed and when I arrived they (and my new vehicle) were ready and waiting for me. There were NO surprises. It was a pleasant, no haggle, no pressure process from beginning to end. I would absolutely drive there and do it all over again. Thank you Thompson!!! More
