Had an issue with my audio system and after a couple attempts to repair this on their own, my service advisor, Gary and his team of technicians worked Had an issue with my audio system and after a couple attempts to repair this on their own, my service advisor, Gary and his team of technicians worked with Dodge to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, through no lack of trying, they were unable to fix the problem. It is an equipment issue and Dodge is unable to resolve.
