Not everyone is Perfect Though I purchased my Highlander in Tallahassee, it didn't take me long to become displeased with their service dept. So I thought I would try Thoma Though I purchased my Highlander in Tallahassee, it didn't take me long to become displeased with their service dept. So I thought I would try Thomasville Toyota and I've never looked back. Kyle June looks out for us and I've come to consider him a friend, the same goes for Curtis. My wife 'Ms Gloria' to Curtis, she loves his banter and restaurant suggestions. But I do have a complaint. We needed to rent a vehicle whilst ours was being repaired and serviced. I reserved a RAV4 with a pleasant young lady named Victoria in advance of the service. When I did get ready to pick it up I called and spoke to another lady named Stephanie and passed on the information. She might have been having a "bad day" , or maybe she didn't fine my banter pleasant (retired salesperson) but she was almost rude. When I picked up the car a few days later I was able to confirm the "bad attitude". So I would suggest she receive a little more customer service training or just mimic Victoria. It makes me question whether it was checked this time or not. Customer service is always great on the plus side. More
