I took my car to this dealership to get serviced and they gave me a range of things that needed to be fixed. One of those things that the car needed was an intake manifold. They told me that the part was on gave me a range of things that needed to be fixed. One of those things that the car needed was an intake manifold. They told me that the part was on back order. That was on November 4th, 2023. The car has been there since then. Meanwhile, they have contacted me numerous times about reselling the same car back to them or turning it in as a down payment on another purchase. In early February, we decided to sell the car back to the dealership. I went in to the dealership TWICE (on January 27th and February 3rd) and told them I was interested in selling the car back to them. I reminded them repeatedly that the car was currently in their possession, so they could check out the condition of it on their own. Then they gave me a price on the car and I agreed to their price. I signed over the title (the car was paid off) over to them and I was told, "A receipt will be emailed to you within the hour." by Amanda. So I left because I had other business. No receipt came. So two days later, I called Amanda, who at that time told me that there was a remaining balance for work done in the amount of $715 that needed to be paid before the car could be sold back to them. So in effect, they were trying to reduce the price by $715. I reminded them repeatedly that THE TRUCK HAS BEEN IN THEIR POSSESSION SINCE NOVEMBER 4TH! I haven't driven the car an inch since then. So why would I have to pay for repairs for a car that is GOING RIGHT BACK TO THEM, and that they would make the necessary repairs too anyway before they resold it again? So for the past week I have been trying to reach Mike Petrasek, the Service manager, and he has not gotten back to me. Every time I talk to Amanda, she is giving me the runaround, and this whole process has just soured me from every buying a Nissan again, as I have been a faithful driver of name Nissan vehicles since at least 1998. It's a shame to lose a loyal customer over $715, but I still don't have the car, and they won't talk or respond to me. The customer service has been awful and they don't seem concerned at all with working this out with me. More
Non responsive to someone who wanted to buy. Disappointed. Looking elsewhere for a vehicle. Obviously the dealership is doing great on sales of $50k car today. Disappointed. Looking elsewhere for a vehicle. Obviously the dealership is doing great on sales of $50k car today. More
