My daughter and I had been shopping for a used car for about 2 weeks and had been to 3 different dealerships and had been online for hours searching and researching. We had a very limited budget to work about 2 weeks and had been to 3 different dealerships and had been online for hours searching and researching. We had a very limited budget to work with and had to stick with. We walked into Thomas Nissan of Joliet and met Nick, our salesman, and explained our situation and the budget that we were sticking with. He told us he knew we could stick with this budget and get a brand new 2010 Nissan Sentra. I was very skeptical and my daughter was overjoyed. We went for a test drive and loved the car. Nick came back and we crunched some numbers. I was willing to go an extra year on payments for a brand new car and I didn't have to buy any warranties for a used car with 34,000 miles. This process took literally 10 minutes. When we went back to the finance department we met Don and none of the numbers changed. Nothing was added. What we agreed to out in the showroom was what we were signing to on the dotted line. The process was absolutely wonderful and we drove away with a brand new car within 2 1/2 hours. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and I will be a return customer in the future. More
