I loved my experience here! They were not overly aggressive in trying to make a sale, and I did not feel pressured to buy a car (because they do NOT get commission). Also, this dealership had the b aggressive in trying to make a sale, and I did not feel pressured to buy a car (because they do NOT get commission). Also, this dealership had the best deal (in fact the other Nissan dealer laughed when I told them how cheap I could get the car from here). The fact that there's no negotiations, just one low price made this process so easy! I enjoyed talking to Kelsie and Buddy, it was a pleasure getting to know them. We did have to wait a bit for the financier because they were sort a person, but things happen, and I didn't mind because both Kelsie and Mike apologized. We were there almost an hour after close, and Kelsie still stayed late with me to show me how to use the bluetooth on my car. This was my first car purchase and I will be back in the future! I went into Thomas Nissan expecting the same treatment as I had received at other dealerships. But when I got there they introduced me to their one price sales experience, and I was hesitant at first but aft I had received at other dealerships. But when I got there they introduced me to their one price sales experience, and I was hesitant at first but after doing a little research with my salesman in their showroom, I knew I had found the right place. They explained their pricing system several times and everyone was on the same page. The sales manager Ben was extremely helpful as well they both knew just abut everything there was to know about the 2012 Rogue I was looking at! When Kelsie said it was time to see his business manager it brought up some concern because of pevious experience at other dealers, but that was almost instantly smoothed over when I was introduced to Buddy. He went over serveral options and we chose the best route for me which included an extended warranty. I came out of the business office to see my new rogue and I was blown back, it was spotless and Kelsie then proceeded to go through every single option equiped on my new rogue. It was very professional through the whole process and everyone was kind and they really cared, I know where I will be purchasing all of my vehicles in the future! More
