The first time I visited I was looking to buy a new car and they did not t take me seriously and miffed me off. Later I found a used car at thier dealership and I decided to check it out. I went in in the and they did not t take me seriously and miffed me off. Later I found a used car at thier dealership and I decided to check it out. I went in in the morning and looked at it and asked the salesman to hold it until for a couple hours till I came to test drive it. They held it alright! Right in front so another woman started to look at it. When u came back we went on a test drive and the salesman was making jokes with me about "my new car" and as we were sitting down to start the paperwork the manager, mike, who had been o so nice earlier came and informed me that they had sold the car to another woman while I was out driving it!!!!! I left and bought a beautiful vehicle from D'arcy Motors that I'm very happy with but Thomas Nissan will never have my business again! More

Ted was very patient and helpful. He answered all my questions and never pressured me to make a decision. I came in looking for a particular car and after we visited with Ted for a bit, he suggested the questions and never pressured me to make a decision.
