Todd & I were in the market for a used car to replace a recent loss of our family vehicle. We looked at the same make and model at other dealerships but we wanted to purchase from Kevin at Thomas becaus a recent loss of our family vehicle. We looked at the same make and model at other dealerships but we wanted to purchase from Kevin at Thomas because of the no-pressure but also the personable buying experience. While considering one vehicle, we decided to replace our other car at the same time. Kevin was understanding to our needs and looked out for them. He called up with phone calls. Overall I enjoyed my experience at Thomas Nissan. They had 5 customers decide to buy at the same time and because doing the paperwork takes a little time they bought pizza for everyone waiting. I do not like to hassle or take up too much of anyone's time, especially my own. Chris was on top of it, I told him what I was looking for and that was it. He was very accommodating and helpful. Al was great also. I hate dealing with finance personnel but he made it painless. Sorry he is no longer there. He has a great sense of humor/personality. Ted was very informative and shared all the details regarding the service department. He knew his job. They all did their part (and with knowledge). More

We originally didn't seek out Thomas Nissan when we traveled from Chicago, instead went to Thomas Toyota for our scheduled appointment to test drive a vehicle. Upon showing up, found out that they sol traveled from Chicago, instead went to Thomas Toyota for our scheduled appointment to test drive a vehicle. Upon showing up, found out that they sold the car we wanted to purchase. Walked over to Thomas Nissan and were greeted by Andy. He immediately explained the sales process and was happy to see the prices of the cars clearly listed on each. We sought out a Nissan Sentra, but the one we liked had an obnoxious muffler on it. Unfortunately this was a deal-breaker for us, but Andy and his team agreed to swap out the muffler, give us a service loaner, and drove to Chicago to drop off the car once service was completed. Couldn't be more pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend. More
