I want to send a review for Thomas Nissan, i want people to know what a great experience i had so that who ever reads my review will get them curious enough to go and maybe get the same or better experience to know what a great experience i had so that who ever reads my review will get them curious enough to go and maybe get the same or better experience as my friends and i did. i bought a car in 2011, my first time there was great, everyone was very friendly, answerd all my questions and gave me a great deal, i made it clear from the get go what i wanted and how much i wanted my payments to be and if they couldn't do that for me not to bother waisting their time or my.....well next thing i know they were doing everything and anything to meet all my expections and they didn't stop until it was done. Needless to say that night i walked out with a New Nissan. Two months later i referred my girlfriend and they did the same for her, she was thanking me for the longest time. The best part i also received a referral bonus. Aside from that every time i went for my oil changes and maintenance and they all remember me by my first name, i wasn't just another customer that after I bought a car they don't ven say hi when you walk through the door, the same goes for the service employees, they are just great, it's like one huge family. Unfortunetly in July i hit a deer, totalled my car, went back to my friends, they were sad to hear what had happen and right away they went out of their way to help me out, but this time not only did they sell me a 2013 Nissan Altima but another friend went and got one himself. Another bonus for me. They periodically call me and check to see how i like my car and to see if i have any questions and how my car is running. I hope my story will be someone elses experience in the near future. More

Everyone worked together to get me into the best car possible for me. I had a wedding to get to later in the night, and without getting annoyed everyone sped up the process to get me taken care of. Went in thinking no possible way I could afford a new car w out a large down payment, but Jose worked w Ben in finance and came up w an excellent deal. This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Normally I dread the entire process but Jeremy was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and made my entire visit better than I could have car. I never felt like he was trying to sell me anything but rather was there to help me make the best decision for myself in regards to what car was the best fit for me.
