PAPERWORK April 25th 2015 I purchased a Kia Optima Ex from Thomas Kia of Highland Indiana The wrong information was on the paperwork, vin # mainly. When the dea April 25th 2015 I purchased a Kia Optima Ex from Thomas Kia of Highland Indiana The wrong information was on the paperwork, vin # mainly. When the dealership contacted me a few days later about this, I went into the dealership the next day to have this corrected. Everything had to be rewritten with the correct information. Before I was contacted, I had set up an online payment acct. with Kia and obviously I entered the wrong information. It's been 4 days since this correction was made and the finance company (kmfusa) still has not received the correction. My payment is approaching and nothing has been done to remove the wrong payment information. Looks like my footwork isn't done yet. Why do I have to take matters in my own hands to correct this? That's up to the dealership to correct this, asap. This is my 3rd Kia Optima I purchased from Thomas Kia and my last!!! More

Seems very desperate Tracy keeps emailing me about a vehicle I told him I am not interested in any more. Tried making it clear and it seems he didn't get the memo. He keeps emailing me about "Price drops and new rebates" but it seems like it isn't even the true price after all. I could offer a better rating if this dealer if they wouldn't keep bugging me about a car I don't want anymore. More

My salesman Tracy and a number of other As car buying experiences go and a Chryser/Kia owner for over 20 years, Thomas Kia is one of the better ones. My salesman Tracy and a number of other employees did a great job finding the car I was looking for. Being an "older" car buyer there was a LOT of electronic and technical issues to deal with and Tracy was very patient with me and took the time to be sure I understood most of it and even did a lot of it for me. I feel that they will be there to answer any further questions I may have and I know the service depart meet is excellent. Hoping to have lots of good years in my new little red wagon (Soul). More
