Rude managers horrible wait time I bought a car from Kia and they tried charging me $3000 more than the sticker price saying they put the wrong sticker on the car. Every time I try to get my free car wash it takes over an hour. They gave me my oil change and forgot to reset something then when I came back they told me it would take five minutes and they were sorry they made a mistake but then after an hour they sent me to another dealership bc they said they didn't know how to fix the issues. When a sales man shook my hand his cigarette smell rubbed off on my hand and after washing my hands twice I still smelled like cigarettes. More

Never meeting the guy I could tell he was very honest, sincere, and in tune with specifically what I needed. I told him I did not want to drive 150 miles for a wasted trip and he assured me the vehicle he was recommending would work for my needs. He was right on the money! Could not be happier with this car and for the price I got I am very satisfied.
