I HAVE A CRAZY SCHEDULE AND LATE NIGHTS, EARLY MORNINGS AND WEEKENDS HE HELPED ME THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS. EVEN WHEN THE BANK WANTED TO KNOW WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE VEHICLE BECASUE I WAS GETTING IT SO FAR BELOW BLUE BOOK. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, ITS GREAT. ITS JUST THE SAY JOHN AND THOMAS KIA DO BUSINESS. Seem to be hiding something about their warranties Online I saw a lot of people complaining about this dealership not honoring their Lifetime Warranty Forever or being told one thing by the salesperson Online I saw a lot of people complaining about this dealership not honoring their Lifetime Warranty Forever or being told one thing by the salesperson and it being described differently in contract. Their website had fine print under the Lifetime Warranty Forever copy that read "restrictions apply, see contract for details" I emailed and asked for a copy or link to these restrictions and details and was told they would email it. After giving my email they told me they couldn't send it but had to explain it. I told him that I would prefer to read it and then they could explain if I had any questions. They then told me there was nothing to send because "there are no fine print". Realizing I was being given the runaround I asked for the owners email address. Instead I got response from the General Manager, Tom Seely, who basicly told me I was undeserving of respect. All this just for trying to find out what "restrictions apply" and asking to "see contract for details" More

Mo was laid-back and down to earth, and made the whole process not only simple, but about as fast as I could imagine. Also, he got me a great deal on a used but basically new (28mi under previous owner) 2016 Soul. After that, Matt was also very personable and did an excellent job in making all the multiple options of coverage comprehensive and succinct. Overall, a very pleasant and fulfilling experience. The old image of salespeople being "sharks" goes out the window here. Great staff, great cars. 5* More

After working with Jose earlier this year for options on a new vehicle, my unease was put to rest. Ended up with a great lease deal on a new Sportage, also a new for me. Later this year, ended up needing another vehicle. After last experience, decided to go with Thomas Kia, and purchased a new Optima EX. I was totally satisfied with both the experience and the car. As bad news always comes in threes, my son's car also went 2 weeks after mine. Looked for a used car at a couple dealers, but then thought, Thomas! Great used car, low mileage Ford Focus hatchback. Jose scored a triple for good reason. Made the experience very easy and no stress. I would highly recommend Thomas Kia, for the courtesy, service and vehicles. More

Aug 11th we bought the car I was in a fender bender and noticed the car has been in a previous accident My experience has been horrible at this place. Aug 11th we bought the car I was in a fender bender and noticed the car has been in a previous accident. I was NOT aware. Paid for it to be fixed out of pocket. Took it to Tennessee The air and the breaks went out while we were down there. Paid to have just the breaks at that time because they told me the a/c was covered under warranty. But the time I got home 2 weeks later my axle broke. They fixed it. I had it back and 2 days later (today) the Windows will NOT go BACK up. And the door locks are messing up. This is the WORST car I have ever had and it was the only one I've ever bought off an actual car lot. Never once has Thomas kia of highland ever asked how to make my experience better. They dont care what happens after u buy their cars. More
