Service department has horrible customer service. You can never get a hold of anyone and when you do they have no answers. They don't keep you informed on what is going on with your car. He gave me the best deal, answered all my questions clearly and efficiently, and when I flew into town to pick up the car for the >400 mile drive back, he even followed up afterward to make sure I arrived home safely. He was patient in walking me through the car’s safety features and fun personalizations. He and Tom also helped me understand how to best use the incentives to save money.
