Thomas Dodge will sell you anything knowing full well you "think " it will be covered, knowing you will return for repairs to them under the assumption you're covered. then xxxx you on repairs. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! Buyer Beware If you buy from Anyone who offers the "Warranty Forever" read it fully. Study your owners manual scheduled maintenance table, schedule service before you go over the milage. Have ALL scheduled service done on vehicle at each service appointment. Even if its wiper blades. Warranty forever means nothing. More
RECALL ON AIR BAG I brought my 300 in for the Air Bag recall. I have been waiting 4 months from another dealership to receive this part. Brought my car in the next day and was met by a friendly staff. They took me right in and within an hour, I was out of there. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone that this is the place to go. Clean, friendly staff and very very professional. Hats off to the staff from Thomas and from here on in, I will drive past my old dealership (River Oaks ) and go straight to THOMAS DODGE, for professional service and staff. THANK YOU More
Damage To My Wife's Car In The Service Department I am 61 years old and bought my first new car (2012 Chrysler 200 Touring) in August, 2012 at Thomas. The sales department were top shelf as was Nady Boutros in financing. The service department, however, did the usual oil change in November of 2014. One of their oil change employees left something on the fender rail and then closed the hood. The hood has a dent and is bowed. They also left oil spilled on the plenum. When my wife returned the car back to the service dept. "Brian" stated that it was not his mechanics! I have NEVER opened the hood and my handicapped wife would have no reason to open it! They wiped the oil off the plenum and sent my wife home. I will NEVER go back to their service department. Next year is time to buy another car and possibly another dealer! More
over charged took jeep wrangler in for service (check Engine light on) things started to happen roped of jeep night before received call from Dealer problems start took jeep wrangler in for service (check Engine light on) things started to happen roped of jeep night before received call from Dealer problems started first thy said i it lost the brakes (had them do repairs) then they said fuel pump was bad this they said would turn off the check engine light ( need to do to get license plates) when i went to pick up jeep part of the rear inter wheel well was not reconnected and had to go back mechanic claimed he never worked on that side?? had them reinstall missing plastic rivet asked what happen to old parts and said they were thrown out went home unhappy went to emissions and passed Was happy two days latter check engine light came back on !! called mutable times before getting an service adviser to answer phone took jeep back they said it needed a another part (they did give me a free oil change) went home mad again went to different dealer BoBBs auto group in cider lake (good dealer) they checked it and found crossed air lines and corrected the issue have tried to call and unable to get an answer on this issue after spending over $1000.00 dollars at Thomas Dodge were i bought this jeep will never go back again May try to go back and personally talk to some one tried to contact by internet but the only want to cell you a car More

The first time I took my car in everything was fine. The second time I was told that they were too busy so I would have to schedule an appointment. I scheduled one in an open time slot, but when I took it in it took them an hour and a half to do the change. I kept going up to the customer service rep and kept getting the answer that it's almost done. First time I did this was 25 min into the oil change. Now I am here for my 3rd change for an appointment that I scheduled for noon. I showed up 15 min early. It is now 1230 and I am staring at my car through the window with nothing being done to it. Since i have been driving i have never had to sit and wait this long to get an oil change. Especially not twice in a row. I guess appointment times and customer satisfaction aren't important to the people who work in this department. Update: This took over an hour. More
over 2 hours for scheduled oil change I came in for a scheduled oil change. No one wanted to help me and just seemed like they didnt care. Through the service windows you could see most of the bays were empty and there were only 3 other customers at the center. There were 2 of the other customers at the window also talking about how long they had been there for the speedy 30 minute oil change... In no way should it take 2 hours for just an oil change. This must be why they sell the oil change package when you buy the car.... They know you wouldnt come back otherwise... Very disappointed. More

Express Lane Experience Have been with Thomas Dodge for about 25 years. Have purchase 8+ Cars & Trucks from them. They have been GREAT until April 9th 2014. I went in the Express Lane for a simple OIL CHANGE & TIRE ROTATION. All I got to say that they don't work work for NASCAR because I got there around 8:50am and got out around 12:30pm. Can't believe it took that long for the EXPRESS LANE. I understand there were orther in front of me but having to wait a little over 3-1/2 hours is a out of the question. I am sorry to say but on my experience I give them a Grade of F for failure. I just hope they can figure out there problems and get them fixed. I feel if they don't & other customers are getting the same treatment they might start losing some customers. More
