Srevice Department Service department although very friendly, I feel attach hidden fees. Coupon for oil change did not include all oil needed for my vehicle! Also a miscellaneous charge for rags was added,but taken off when I asked. When rotating tires to maintain warranty maintanence why should a labor charge be added? More

It might have been the easiest and most relaxing time I have had buying a car. Buying a car is one of my most hated things to do. With that said, the after the purchase service is where this dealership is terrible. The first time I came in for an oil change was nothing short of miserable. Actually, the first time I was turned away because I didn't have an appointment (after standing there waiting to be helped for 15 minutes). They told me it would be at least 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I work odd hours where I don't know when I will be off to make an appointment. I went home and made an appointment. When I went back for my appointment, they told me it would be about a 2 hour wait, even with the appointment. I just went back for another appointment for an oil change, and it actually wasn't as bad as the first time. During the oil change, they noticed an oil leak. I have the lifetime warranty as well as the extended warranty (for used vehicles). I made an appointment for the leak. They were already booked up for the next 2 saturdays. I will spare you the rest, but the service department here is TERRIBLE! If you buy a vehicle from Thomas, buy a used vehicle that you don't have to bring back here for service! Save yourself a TON of headaches. I can't wait to pay my vehicle off so I can sell it and not have to deal with Thomas anymore! They do NOT care about the customer as a person, and only want money! More

Slacking where needed from the start When I first bought my van, 2 years ago, I wasn't even shown how to use the features and had to go back to find stuff out. They boast about their warranty, but pick and choose what it applies to. Not to mention how I bring it in for regular service, to keep my warranty, and every time there's something new I have to pay for so as to not void my warranty. Then something breaks, they won't fix it, and then blame me for it being broken. Uh, no. If I broke it, I'd be embarrassed and fix it myself. Doesn't make much sense that after having my van over 2 years, I have suddenly forgotten how to use its features to the point of breaking it. More

She answered every question that we had, and gave us information that was very useful to us regarding buying a new vehicle and the services that were available. Since that day my transmission acts like it is neutral then slams into gear from a dead stop, and they harness they ordered for my abs was the wrong xxxx part. I explained the problem with the teams, there excuse was, we can't replicate it. They had my jeep from 9 am to 530 pm and only put . 3 miles on it. No xxxx you can't replicate the issue cause u didn't drive it on the street. Just lazy, don't want to put forth the effort to fix what they screwed up. FIND A DIFFERENT DEALER FOR REPAIRS More
