Very disappointed So disappointed with the service I received today. I know they get busy before a holiday so I was at the dealership at 8 am to drop off for an oil c So disappointed with the service I received today. I know they get busy before a holiday so I was at the dealership at 8 am to drop off for an oil change. I asked how long and James the service advisor said not long. I asked if it would be done by noon. He said yes. Well at 3pm I hadn’t heard anything so I called and was told James wasn’t available and he would call me because my car wasn’t done. 45 minutes passed and I did not get a return call. I called and waited for 7 minutes before the call was even answered. Again James wasn’t available but the person who answered took the time to find out that my car was finally ready and James was finishing up the paper work. When I got there I was charged for tire rotation that I hadn’t been charged for previously. When I questioned it I had to wait for the advisor to come out and he said i was out of fire roarions but still had the oil changes in my plan. I asked why I wasn’t told when I dropped it off, he had no answer just that the amount was due. Never apologized for the ridiculously long wait for my car and seemed indifferent. While this was going on another couple were having their own issue with being charged $70 for a diagnostic test that they were not informed of a charge on ahead of time. I’ll be in the market of a new car soon and I doubt I will be buying it through Thomas. My daughter, my son, and I have spent a lot of money over the years but I think it is time to find a new dealer More
Will not fix what is wrong with the car 6th time being in the dealership and the customer service is horrible. Service lies so they don't have to honor warentee. Got told my Chrysler 200 was not suppose to have E85 gas in it so they said it was not covered by my warranty. My gas cap clearly says it only takes E85. Service manager stated they needed to pull the exsisting gas out replace with 87. 175$ an hour three hour minimum. So they are pretty much telling me to void my warranty put gas in it that it doesn't take but my owners manual clearly said E85. So I guess the owners manual is lying. I was told I was not allowed to come back to their dealership because their customer service rep Kelly didn't like what I had to say so she said bring it. Then after I ask for her not to call back only the manager she repeatly calls causing issues. So when I get up there to get my car they notated my paperwork I was abusive? I never lifted a hand to anyone I never threatened anyone. So now I have to void my warentee because I cannot go there anymore. They will hide them not knowing about cars and not honor your wantentees unless you buy from them STAY AWAY FAR AWAY IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR CAR TO BE MESSED UP the only good service they had was Lester. More

This time I scheduled several jobs included in the 60000 mile service. I get a quote from the advisor, he checks with me if there are any additions, and I wait in the comfortable showroom. It's worth the drive from Chicago. They do the work requested, answer questions, and charge less than our local dealers around here. More

Service department needs help They have express lane service for oil changes, tire rotation etc. there is nothing express about it. Read about it on their website. I've even been turned away an hour and a half before the service dept. closes because I didn't have an appointment for the express lube lane. This type of service pisses me of when you have to go there for service to keep the lifetime drivetrain warranty More

A G O N I Z I N G L Y S L O W Showed up 10 mins early for 2 pm appointment, ONLY car in line. After waiting 23 mins total car was written up. The computer plug in was wrong (showed NO history since last service visit including mileage). Oil change and tire rotation (and the obligatory software upgrade) took a total of 2 hours and 30 minutes. Watching through window to shop in the waiting room, I observed long periods (15 mins at a time) of NO mechanic's activity and most of the time wasn't anywhere near the car. This was second time car was in for service (after 5400+ miles) and oil change seems to be averaging 2 hours. More

I had my car flat-bedded to the nearest dealer who happened to be Thomas and I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to diagnose and repair the car and get me back on the road. Bob Emlund and Brian Gain kept me in the loop every step of the way and I can't thank them enough for taking care of me. These guys went above and beyond to help out a stranded traveler. More
