Expensive but good service I knew going in my car needed a good deal of work and that it might be expensive. Kelly walked me through all she could at the time I brought it in an I knew going in my car needed a good deal of work and that it might be expensive. Kelly walked me through all she could at the time I brought it in and after review by the technicians gave me a call to get into greater detail about what needed work and what it would cost. This process went well, even though the cost was significant, but a lot of work needed to be done. My only negative was that when making the appointment I went into pretty deep detail about the work I felt was needed and when I dropped off the car, that information was apparently gone. Luckily, I wrote it all down and went through it with Kelly and gave her the notes. More

I understand you are busy, but when I made the appointment I stated that I had to be out of there at a certain time. No problem... an oil change is under 30 minutes. Having to wait for 90 minutes to get an oil change is another example of why I will go elsewhere when time to buy a new vehicle. hmmmm.... does the fact that the dealer gave me free oil changes have anything to do with my wait? Maybe paying customers get taken care of first? I'm sure somewhere in the price of my vehicle this "free offer" was charged for. More
