All of the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, provide accurate estimates, and return our vehicles in a timely manner. I initiated contact via the website and corresponded with Thomas Thelen, from there I came into the dealership to talk in person, have my trade evaluated etc. From all 3 dealers Thelen offered me the highest trade in and the best deal/price on a 2016 Crosstrek so I ordered one to get exactly what I wanted. Was contacted when it arrived, came the next day to pick it up, everything went smoothly and everyone I dealt with was great. I highly recommend Thomas and the whole Thelen dealership to anyone looking for a Subaru or any other brand they carry. Love my Subaru! More

No first time oil change discount for new Outback! This dealer is way over priced on their oil change charge. Some dealers give you a free first time oil change or a discount at least.
