The Used Car Factory

I have been looking for a Cosmos Blue Jeep Rubicon for quite a while, and I found one at the Used Car Factory. Although it was over 4 hours away from home, the price was fair for the vehicle so I called quite a while, and I found one at the Used Car Factory. Although it was over 4 hours away from home, the price was fair for the vehicle so I called to inquire about it. I talked with Jody, and we negotiated via phone. Steve was able to find me a great interest rate, and a deal was struck. I could not make the trip to Maryland until Saturday (three days), so they held the vehicle for me. (To quote Tom Petty, the waiting IS the hardest part, and I was relieved that when I visited their website my Jeep had been removed.) My wife and I made the 4 hour journey from NC, and the Jeep was clean and ready. We took it for a test drive, and we loved it. Steve made quick work of the paperwork, and I even got to meet the owner Phillip who was extremely nice. The only "negative" part was that we had to pay a $6 toll to leave Maryland (we got IN for free)! Of course, THIS was not their fault, and I would definitely buy another vehicle from them! Keep up the good work, guys! More

I was in search of a vehicle for two weeks. I was burned out by other dealerships trying to get me into any vehicle and salesman not listening to me. Donnie was a great help with mine and my fiance's car buying experience. He kept us updated with need to know knowledge regarding other sales reps showing the vehicle we were looking at; before we purcha buying experience.
