PLEASANTLY SURPRISED!!! I knew what I wanted ~ Hank & Steve made quick and painless to get it. Great Experience with Used Car Factory My experience with The Used Car Factory was a very pleasant experience, First they had a vast inventory of several makes and models. I had driven by My experience with The Used Car Factory was a very pleasant experience, First they had a vast inventory of several makes and models. I had driven by at least 3x before finally stopping and taking a look. Even so I stopped I didn't buy anything that day and I felt no pressure from any of the sales staff. I returned the next day after visiting several dealerships. My saleswoman was Sam and she was awesome to work with. There was absolutely no pressure from Sam. It was nice to work with 1 person from start to finish. I didn't have to go from Saleswoman to finance person. She handled everything for me which it made it easier and one of the more pleasant deals I have ever done. I would highly recommend The Used Car Factory for your next car purchase. More

Used Suburban I had called to schedule a time to look at a posted used Chevy Suburban. I spoke with Hank about the vehicle and went to see the vehicle. We started c I had called to schedule a time to look at a posted used Chevy Suburban. I spoke with Hank about the vehicle and went to see the vehicle. We started closing the deal very quickly and during the process there were a few items concerning the vehicle that really needed some attention. Hank really went the full measure in seeing that all of these items were taken care of, very quickly I might add. Thanks to Hank and all there at the Used Car Factory for helping us out. More
