Good car-buying experience I live about an hour away from the dealership, so when I saw a car I liked, I shot them an email to make sure it was still available. George got right I live about an hour away from the dealership, so when I saw a car I liked, I shot them an email to make sure it was still available. George got right back to me, and scheduled a time for me to come check it out. He met us at the door and let us do a test drive. We came back, having decided we wanted to buy the car. George was with another customer, so Sam helped us through all the paperwork. We were preapproved with a loan from our credit union, and she thought she could beat the interest rate. She did manage to get us half a percent lower (2.49%). Everything went smoothly and everybody was very friendly. More

Their service was prompt, professional and the staff was extremely friendly. I was looking for a vehicle not in stock and Donny asked me to give him a week to find one for me. He contacted me the next day when they received one in inventory and before it was placed on the lot. His thoughtful and prompt service was impressive.
