Easy experience My first time buying a car with this dealership and I have to say that it was a pleasant experience. After looking for a used car for a couple of week My first time buying a car with this dealership and I have to say that it was a pleasant experience. After looking for a used car for a couple of weeks and visiting a few other sketchy dealerships, the used car factory was a nice change of pace. When I did finally make a decision on the car I wanted, the check engine light was on. After informing the employees of it, they promised that they would take care of it before I drove the car off the lot. Although, taking a few more days than expected, the problem was eventually fixed with no extra cost to me (After the Maryland inspection a few problems popped up that would have costed and extra 800$).Personally I was glad they took the extra few days to fix it just so that it would be done and I would know that the car would be mechanically sound. They even guarantee 1 month or 1000 miles of insurance on the cars. Everyone was friendly and even while we were idling around waiting for the paper work multiple employees made sure that we were being taken care of. Overall, i would recommend the used car factory to anyone who is looking for a good, reliable car that'll last you a long time. More

Above and Beyond We went in there not expecting much and expecting not to be there that long at all. It took them 2 hours of dealing with the bank and they hung in there and got us the deal that we wanted. They are great and I would totally come back and buy another car from them. More
