This is the worst car dealer I have ever dealt with I was shipped a car without a spare tire no jack and lug wrench and most of the trunk liner was removed. I have had the car for 3 months and the only thing I have gotten was a spare tire I was told by the sales person [RENY] that I was too old to need a jack and I could change it anyway, Now am into being hung up on and not returning calls When the car was shipped the top went down and would not come back up, had to have that repaired still waiting for reimbursement. This sales person lied to me about all the missing parts made it sound like it was my fault. More

Worst Experience Ever I have never had an experience like this before, so it is hard for me to understand this type of behavior in others. I purchased a 2013 Land Rover LR4 I have never had an experience like this before, so it is hard for me to understand this type of behavior in others. I purchased a 2013 Land Rover LR4. While I understand that the car is older and will have some issues, the salesperson (Reny) told me of 2 cosmetic issues, which would be repaired prior to shipping it to me. Upon receipt of the car, there were many cosmetic issues: huge dent in door (entire door has to be replaced), missing part of one running board, dings and scratches along most of the vehicle, missing floormats (one provided was from a range rover), missing sensor which causes the car to beep constantly, missing seatbelt latch, 3 of 4 fender flares detached and one is badly damaged. All told the repair estimate came in at over $7,000. We asked to return the car and to only have our money returned (we would pay to ship the car back and we paid to have it shipped to us) but they became unresponsive once we received the car. Again, it is terribly disappointing to learn that "this can happen to you". It has definitely created a wariness in me towards others and I will not trust so easily again. These people are crooks and liars and I hope that one day they will be held accountable. More

Asweome Experience This was my first time shopping and purchasing online and I was very apprehensive. The more I spoke to Nick the more comfortable I became not to mention the great deal I was getting for and outstanding vehicle with low mileage. From the initial deposit to the wiring the balance to the delivery of the car was a totally smooth experience. Because it was a out-of-state purchase Nick was patient and explained the whole process to me. BUYER BEWARE! Purchased a 2011 Range Rover HSE from Nick Boustead. He told me it had no mechanical issues. Bought it and had it transported to NC. When it arrive Purchased a 2011 Range Rover HSE from Nick Boustead. He told me it had no mechanical issues. Bought it and had it transported to NC. When it arrived it had a engine fault light on and the vehicle would rise and fall at will (suspension.) There were other issues as well. The worst issue was they put Stop Leak in the coolant system to hide a blown head casket, which didn't hold! I've fixed all the other issues at this point and have paid bills totaling $16,400. I paid $14,800. for the vehicle. I did reach out to Nick about the issues and he told me to list them and email them to him, which I did not! I gave him the only option I would accept, buy the vehicle back at what I paid for it. I never heard back! Besides, the vehicle should have been what they told me it was. And when and if they respond to this email about me not giving them the opportunity to send the vehicle back to them to fix the issues in their service department... Seriously!! There's NO LEMON LAW in Florida and they hide behind that! Please read all the online reviews you can on The Taverna Collection before you buy or send them a non-refundable deposit, the reviews may surprise you. More
