This is my first remote used car purchase and I have to say it was truly White glove service from start to finish. I stopped into the Taverna Collection last week because I saw their inventory online and it had alot of the cars I was looking for. I worked with a salesman named Bryan who was very helpful. He even told me my car's value for resale won't be affected if stuff isn't reported to CARFAX. xxxxxxxx o That's why I bought this one because it had a clean CARFAX. I made an offer out the door for 27k for my Lexus! After Reny agreed to my offer, the next day she told me I would have to pay and additional two hundred and fifty dollars for delivery, it was not the agree Reny agreed to my offer, the next day she told me I would have to pay and additional two hundred and fifty dollars for delivery, it was not the agreement! She was very short with me and rude! Once I my car was delivered, there was absolutely no follow up on my car! A month later the Tavern Collection called me and told me I had to pay an additional hundred dollars for the transfer of title, it was not the agreement! A month later, I received an email from the Taverna Collection asking about my experience. I emailed them back and told them how disappointed I was and asked for the two extra payments I made, to be refunded! I never heard back from them!!! The Taverna Collection, Reny, are not people of their word!!! I will never purchase a car from them or recommend anyone to buy from them! If your looking for great customer care, you certainly will not get it at the Taverna Collection!!! How disappointing!!! More

xxxx poor customer service, bought a Mit Eclipse SE from them. Pics of car were altered, and misrepresented the cars appearance. The cars engine although is in very good shape for the vehicle being at its current mileage. Had it approx two months and have had to only replace the thermostat. BUT BE WARNED, they will hold your title hostage. Has been two months and still have not received it. Paid cash money for the car. The law says they have 30 days to issue but apparently this place feels like they dot have to follow the laws. There staff is pretty pricish and they seem to not want to assist, will lie to you just to get you off the phone. Also, there shipping team are cons, you pay for shipping and the shipping team expects you to pay them cash upon arrival. More
