I am so disappointed. I purchased a vehicle from The Taverna Collection, and that was the worst mistake. From the very first day I got the vehicle, I could hear a ticking I purchased a vehicle from The Taverna Collection, and that was the worst mistake. From the very first day I got the vehicle, I could hear a ticking noises coming from engine but I am not a mechanic so I dismissed what I was hearing, because I thought that the noise would soon stop. Because the salesman assured me that this car was in great condition, just look at the Carfax, he said and I believed him. But after about a week and a half the oil, the TPMS and Engine light came on. Worried and confused, I took it to a mechanic shop to get the oil changed hoping that this would solve the problem. But the mechanic brought to my attention that the noises coming from the engine is the lifters knocking, it may be more but they would need to take the engine apart before they can say actually how much work need to be done and if I don't get this fixed the car is going to put me down. So I did not won't to believe this, so I took the car to several mechanic shops hoping that this was not true and had three diagnostics done and they all pretty much said the same thing. The engine needs work and the catalytic converter system is bad and that's not even everything that wrong. And although I reported this to The Taverna Collection, they would not take responsibility The most they offered was a wholesale on the parts. The mechanic shops use their own parts. I financed this car and put a down payment. This is not fair that I am expected to have to pay for engine and a catalytic repairs on a car that I had only had a week and a half before these problems started. This is bad business, I would never recommend this company to anyone I know. They are scammers and peoples need to get together and do a class action suit. More
