I asked for the original and he handed me an Alfa Romeo key before I left the dealership. Not even 24 hours later, the aftermarket key is not functioning properly. The "original" key was not working either. I reached out to Alex, and heard nothing back. I took the car to Alfa Romeo to have it programed, only to find out the key I was provided does not even go to this car. There are 3 keys in total programmed and neither of the keys I was provided was them. By day 3 neither of the keys were working and I COULD NOT START THE CAR. For all I know, I have a key to another car on their lot. For over a week now, I have been trying to reach a manager. I have contacted Alex, called the dealer, their customer service line, emailed, and have yet to hear anything back. I even asked Alex about paying the restocking fee and taking the car back! NO RESPONSE. Sebastian was the only one who seemed the least bit concerned, and advised me to come in. He reached out to someone and had a support ticket opened. But to get up there, I had to pay for a locksmith to come and program a key for me. $150 later, after having to pay to have a key programed, I went into Taverna, and the customer service rep said she would reach out to her manager. Conveniently Alex, and the finance person over my deal were not there. For some reason a manager is always "too busy" to assist. But upon her checking the key for my car, was not there. So I still do not have an original key. Or even just a key cut to fit the car door. If the car battery dies, I have no way of getting into the car without again, calling a locksmith. She asked me to email her the receipt of payment for the locksmith. I did that 2 days ago. I called today and they were aware that I had been calling. But they were "just getting in" and would call me back later. NOTHING. A support ticket (30342) was opened on March 8th. I went up there on the 11th. Aside from the "we received your request" email, I still have not heard from anyone in management. Customer service has not gotten back to me, and I have not been reimbursed for the out of pocket expenses. What was the point of the ticket? I'm not sure what's going on there, but there's absolutely no reason as to why NOT ONE PERSON has gotten back to me. At this point if they'd offer me my trade in back, I'd take that so I don't have to deal with them anymore. It should not be this difficult to get a response. More
This dealership has been the worst experience I have ever had. Not only did they not detail the car, but they also delivered the car with no maintenance done and received the car with no headrest and parts o had. Not only did they not detail the car, but they also delivered the car with no maintenance done and received the car with no headrest and parts of the vehicle were left in the trunk of the car, including garbage. I had to drive the vehicle back to the dealer to get things done right. However, upon picking up the vehicle which they kept for an additional two weeks they still didn't detail the car, Change the oil, properly fix the trunk, etc. which they told me it will be handled, so for the inconvenient they said they were going to reimburse me a certain amount, & now they are ignoring my calls. One hand up on me after I explained what was going on. Please do not do business here. They will lie and say anything to disguise themselves & they will tell you no one there is responsible for helping you after your purchase. More
The Taverna Collection is hands down the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. If you enjoy having your time completely wasted by rude, incompetent staff who couldn’t care less about making a sale, then by I’ve ever dealt with. If you enjoy having your time completely wasted by rude, incompetent staff who couldn’t care less about making a sale, then by all means, go here. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and run in the opposite direction! After jumping through all their hoops and setting up financing through Suncoast Credit Union, they had the audacity to tell me they don’t accept Suncoast because it’s a draft bank. Instead of working with me like any professional business would, they told me to take my business elsewhere. Imagine a dealership so arrogant and short-sighted that they’d rather lose a sale than accept a perfectly legitimate credit union. Their customer service is nonexistent, their attitude is disgusting, and frankly, I don’t know how they’re still in business. Given how shady they are, I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re pushing lemons or playing games with financing to squeeze extra money out of people. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. There are plenty of dealerships that actually want your business this isn’t one of them. So glad that I’m taking my business elsewhere! More
Alex, Scott and of course Reny are the best! My 25th car purchase there. Clearly I trust them and they always deliver. My 25th car purchase there. Clearly I trust them and they always deliver. More
The definition of a shady, dishonest dealership that scams customers. I purchased a car from them, and they completely failed to disclose multiple serious issues. There was no mention of any mechanical scams customers. I purchased a car from them, and they completely failed to disclose multiple serious issues. There was no mention of any mechanical problems, yet within days, I discovered costly repairs that should have been made before the sale—or at the very least, disclosed. When I confronted them about it, they gave me the runaround and refused to take responsibility. Their so-called “inspection” process is clearly a joke, and they only care about making a sale, not about customer satisfaction or selling reliable vehicles. If you’re considering buying a car from this place, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. They will lie, withhold information, and sell you a lemon without a second thought. Absolutely disgraceful business practices. Stay far away! More

I purchased a MINI Countryman from The Taverna Collection on October 23rd, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Living in Colorado, I had to rely on the dealership and their salesman as m on October 23rd, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Living in Colorado, I had to rely on the dealership and their salesman as my eyes and ears. While they did provide lots of pictures and videos, and I initially thought I was getting a great deal, it quickly became clear that something was seriously wrong with the car. The transmission has a major issue that will cost nearly $9,500 to fix. The car isn’t undriveable, but you have to be extremely gentle with it, sometimes skipping over 2nd gear because it pops out when coming off load. It's clear to me they knew about this issue—how could they not, especially if they drove the car at all? To make matters worse, this wasn't disclosed before the sale. The car also arrived with several glass chips in the windshield. While I have good insurance coverage for that, it’s just another indication of the lack of attention to detail. However, the worst part of this entire experience has been the complete lack of communication post-sale. I’ve been waiting for over 2 months now for my title, registration, and hard plates. I was told on November 5th that it would take 10-14 business days once I returned the paperwork (which I did on November 6th). Fast forward to January 6th—still nothing. My temporary tags expired at the end of December, and despite my constant attempts to contact them via email (8 times) and text (13 times), no one has responded adequately. I was given a brief response from my salesman, but he hasn’t followed up since. It's incredibly frustrating to be ignored repeatedly by a dealership that should be providing basic customer service. I have contacted five different people at the dealership and received no timely response, or in some cases, no response at all. The total lack of communication and follow-through is beyond unprofessional. I wish I could go back in time and avoid this dealership. My experience has been a complete disappointment, and I will never recommend them to anyone. More
