Let me tell you the short version as I am sure you are very busy. I purchased a vehicle in Feb. 23 from the sharpest rides. Less than a week later I realized my transmission was going out along with very important pieces of the undercarriage such as the stabilizer bar, the brakes, there were huge holes showing up one near the gas tank that you could probably stick a grapefruit thru and the list continues. So, I took the vehicle back to SR (sharpest rides for short), where I was introduced to the customer care representative Terri Martinez. He drove the car that day and said pretty much it was fine and I need to stop worrying. He also said that I would look much better in a Mercedes and if he would get me one at the dealer actions. All I needed to do was stop making my payments on the vehicle I had just bought and give him $2,500 i finally did agree to give him. I gave him the money that day on the property of SR. I didn't hear from him for 3 days after that. On the 4th day I had to call him and he gave me this story of it takes time. Ok I thought after all I never bought a auction car before maybe it did take time. Well....1 week then 2 weeks go by and nothing no car no nothing. He started to avoid me to get this shorter I got him to admit he had lost the money in black hawk gambling. He stole my money $2500. I became homeless over this for 2 months. He eventually started making payments but only 20 here and 500 there. This messed me up so bad. He signed a contract with his payments on it which he didn't follow he still owes me $300. The owner of sharpest rides refuses to help me in any way. I have tried to get him to give me my title or to finish the deal that Mr Martinez was supposed to do. Buy me a car from the auction and I would give mine back. I haven't made a car payment since June. I can't afford it. Which is why I agreed to the auction deal. Please help me. I gave the place a 3 star because I got the jeep for the price I wanted at first I loved it. But not even 2 or 3 weeks after buying I took it to a jeep dealership because of hard or delayed shifting from 1- price I wanted at first I loved it. I called customer service then began the games. I was told they would call the mechanics and see what could be done and they would call me back. They never called back and after repeating this multiple times for weeks now no one answers or calls me back. I’ve been doing this for about a month now. I totally get there are uncertainty when buying a used a car. I get the car can have problems and all the things that happen when you buy a used car. The first day I bought the jeep the headlights went out they fixed that. So the minor things they helped out with. It’s just the fact of playing games acting like they were going to do something instead of just being honest and upfront the pulled me along for weeks. I called repeatedly to only be ignored. As a business to have some integrity and just not brush off customers after they make the purchase. When I bought the car I had told them I wanted a warranty it was never put in my paperwork and that was my fault for not following through. I own that part but to drag me along for weeks that they were working on a solution to now just being ignored and not called back is just unacceptable. More

No matter how small, you better make sure everything works that is listed on the description along with what is not! Also, the warranty is a joke and doesn't cover anything- funny thing, had the car a week and had to use the purchased warranty for it to be denied after being in the shop for over 2 weeks fighting back and forth all to end up with nothing fixed!! Calling the dealership took 2 weeks as well to finally have someone call me back AFTER calling every single department and finally reaching anyone!! With some excuse of changing to a new phone system, for 2 weeks. This place is a joke, with racist xxxxxx as employees! Absolutely disgusted with this place!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! When you buy a car, you usually get very pushy people who don’t have good intentions. Its also difficult because people pressure you to buy. That is 100% the opposite of what happened yesterday. I am so impressed by your staff, sales, and finance team that sold me my new Fusion and structured my deal to buy my truck. Not only did we find a great price that was mutually beneficial for us both, but they made the process easy, fluid, and overall, a fun time while I was there. Working with John, Julia, Darrel, Moose, and especially Pauly made my day. I can honestly say that is why I will be coming back to purchase my next vehicle at your location for the third time.
