I bought a vehicle from the sharpest rides and I've had to take the vehicle many times to be serviced within the first year. The Extended warranty company has not been very supportive. There is no reason to take the vehicle many times to be serviced within the first year. The Extended warranty company has not been very supportive. There is no reason why I should buy a vehicle and have to have it serviced for extremely serious issues within 1 year of buying the vehicle. I am disappointed and will not be buying another vehicle from this company. The gentleman that sold me the vehicle was nice a pleasant but now I believe it was all a game. More

They do not live up to all the advertisements and do not take care of their customers. My vehicle purchase here was by far the worst experience I have had. Had a front wheel bearing replaced on our 2016 ram 2500, to start with they replaced the wrong side, paid $100 deductible to get it back with the same problem and was there for more than 3 weeks for 2 hours to start with they replaced the wrong side, paid $100 deductible to get it back with the same problem and was there for more than 3 weeks for 2 hours of work??!! Truck also would've drive right I mean really bad, got only a few miles from the repair shop and my wheel came off on the highway, they didn't tighten the lugs nuts none of them, this could have got my wife or me killed, most incompetent mechanics I've ever seen ever. More
