I got my car from Detroit- I live in GR- went to local Jag for service- they scheduled me an appointment, I blocked my schedule (I am a healthcare pro I got my car from Detroit- I live in GR- went to local Jag for service- they scheduled me an appointment, I blocked my schedule (I am a healthcare professional) - they emailed the DAY before- opps, they forgot they were ctually closed. I came in on another day, the BMW specialist had NO clue what to do with the Jaguar and told me to come back another day (the online scheduling did not tell me there would not be a Jaguar service specialist availble or not) I have taken my servicing needs an hour away to jaguar kalamazoo, and intend on makign the drive every time, where they are actually priofesisonal and courteous and won't waste your time!!! More

Range Rover purchase from The Sharpe Collection I recently purchased a Range Rover Evoque from The Sharpe Collection in Grand Rapids. My purchase started back in January when I contacted Shaun Waid I recently purchased a Range Rover Evoque from The Sharpe Collection in Grand Rapids. My purchase started back in January when I contacted Shaun Waid via email for assistance. I had a lot of questions about the vehicle. He encouraged me to check one out with a test drive, which I did - twice. While Shaun was there every step of the way, he introduced me to Brian and Jordan who were also helpful with my test drives and my final purchase. I ordered the vehicle with no pressure to purchase one from the lot and got exactly what I wanted. It arrived before the projected delivery date and was delivered in pristine condition. I got a great tutorial on the vehicle and opted to add paint protection which was completed within 24 hours. I am very happy with my Evoque and with the service I received at the dealership. The salesmen worked well together and seemed to be most interested in my overall experience, I would highly reccomend Shaun and The Sharpe Collection to friends and colleagues. More

They took the time to let me test drive several models without complaint. My family decided to make an impromptu road trip the same day we agreed to buy the car. Sharpe was very accommodating in getting the car detailed, papers signed, and overview completed within a 3 hour window so that we could be on the road with the new car. Even though our timeline to take possession of the car was very short, and in my opinion unrealistic, we never received a complaint from any of the Sharpe employees. I will for surely be coming back to see the staff at Sharpe when it is time for another vehicle upgrade. More

They assisted in tracking it from production, to the ship, to the dealership. I got a fair trade-in for my 2007 R56, and they went out of their way to make sure the right people were available when it was time to take delivery. Sharpe, and in particular Steve Iveson, went beyond what I would have expected to make the whole experience as easy as it has ever been. More
