Where do you begin? Usually going to get a car is an overwhelming experience that leaves a person feeling frazzled. I know it sounds so cliche but when I say they treat you like family...it's 1000% tru overwhelming experience that leaves a person feeling frazzled. They all were so helpful and even helped each other out to do whatever was best for the customer...The needs of the customer was always put first. They were so informative and patient, any worries or concerns were put at ease immediately. We certainly felt like they went above and beyond to accommodate whatever our needs were. Not once did we ever feel like we were being forced in to anything or pushed to make any decisions. I have never had such a positive experience nor have I ever felt compelled to write a review on any business until my experience here. The people names listed above, were specifically unbelievably. Each of them helped to make the transition to Honda an easy one. I will never think twice about where I am going when I need to purchase another car nor will I think twice when recommending where to get one. Before I went to Babylon Honda I did a lot of research on different vehicles and manufacturers. I always knew Honda was good but thought they were out of my price range. I found out different and decided t different vehicles and manufacturers. I always knew Honda was good but thought they were out of my price range. I found out different and decided to visit Babylon Honda because of all the good reviews I read. I first inquired over the internet and received a very nice letter explaining the inventory on hand and was invited for a test drive. My wife and I had decided on a CR-V. We had never owned an SUV before so we didn't know what to expect. When we arrived at Babylon Honda we were greeted at the door and introduced to Greg Bianca. He knew the vehicle we were interested in and had a similar one parked in front ready for our test drive. I was immediately impressed at the service. We took the test drive and we were impressed how solid the CR-V was built. I would say I haven't seen a car built like that in a long time. As we drove Greg explained all of the different features and what would be included on the model we were looking at, the LX. I was impressed by the knowledge Greg had of the vehicle when I asked him questions. After the test drive I told Greg the max I would be willing to spend with tax and all. I wasn't planning on financing. Greg brought John S. out to speak to us about financing but I didn't think it would work. We were not pressured into anything. We spoke and I decided we would try. A few hours later we were approved. I have never had such nice people to work with in a dealership. Most try to pressure you into walking out with the car. Not Greg. Not Babylon Honda. No pressure. Just great service. When we picked the vehicle up Greg was waiting for us. Everything was in order and it didn't take long at all. Greg took ou out to our CR-V, explained all to us and set up our bluetooth connection to our phones. I will be recommending Babylon Honda and Greg to my friends and family. When I am ready to buy another vehicle I won't be going anywhere else but Babylon Honda. More
