Excellent Service Dept. Axel did a lot of research and many phone calls to find the problem with the entertainment screen in our Lincoln Navigator. Bought my car at this dealership and have had it serviced ever since. Always get my appointments when I need them and have no problems. I also come every month or so to check the tire pressure and they do it ever since. Always get my appointments when I need them and have no problems. With Progressive Insurance and being a rated body shop and priority they need more or better loaner program. I had to wait a month before I could even get my vehicle fixed because of no loaner.
