Located in Tampa, we came across quite a few that were nice, but unfortunately not exactly what we wanted. As my husband did research he came across the perfect vehicle that had everything we wanted from the inside out. The only thing that worried me was that the dealer, The Luxury Autohaus, Inc., was out of state, in Georgia. My husband was in contact with CJ, who was a very professional and attentive sales person. She had answered all questions for us in regards to the vehicle, and went as far as taking photos of the vehicle inside and out to show us exactly how it looked. We had made the trip from Tampa to Georgia to see the car on a day that the dealer was closed. CJ and Kevin (the owner) opened the dealership for us to see the car and test drive it. There were a few issues we had with the car and expressed those concerns with both CJ and Kevin. Kevin stated that he would have them looked into and get back to us. Shortly after our return home, Kevin got back to us indicating that they were taking care of the issues, and would get back to us when they were corrected. I am extremely happy to say that we picked up our car and all issues were completely taken care of just as Kevin had stated. I know that car dealerships are given a bad name from the actions of other dealers, but I must say - if you are looking for a luxury vehicle and would like to deal with individuals that treat you like family, you need to contact these individuals. Even if it is a drive to get there - it is worth it. Just ask for CJ, who is a wonderful sales person. Kevin is a man of his word, which is hard to find now a days. And Holly, who will make the final purchasing process a breeze. We love our car - thank you to everyone at The Luxury Autohaus, Inc. We will definately refer you to others looking for a luxury car. However the problems with online shopping is cars aren't near by thus u can't see, touch & drive the car. I looked at a 2011 E550, convertible at my local MB dealership. They were asking $39K for their comparable car with more miles a lot less features, beat up & lightly wrecked ! I found my E550 at Luxury Autohaus (LA) with less miles and still warranty eligible. LA offered a very detailed description, lots of pictures and sent more pictures that I requested ! I worked with Kevin P. he was very helpful, knowledgeable and straight forward. He sent additional pictures & info as the deal continued. I bought my '11, E550 convertible w/27K miles for $32,5, it arrived in great condition. I was able to get a one year warranty and i'm very happy with the car. I saved probably $3-4K, by dealing with LA and shopping online. This was a great deal & I saved lots of $$$...I recommend u give these guys a look !! More

The first issue, the truck w I brought a 2005 Lang Rover Range Rover from The Luxury Autohaus Sept 2015, and the vehicle has been a complete let down. The first issue, the truck was running hot and leaking coolant from the tank so that was the first mechanical issue to fix within 1 month. It took me 2 months to get a tag on the truck because the truck unknowingly had a lien and other issues on it, that took another month after my temporary tag expired. The third and extremely ridiculous issue is now the transmission is failing in the vehicle after 4 months of me driving it and has to be replace, unbelievable. Called and told Kevin about the situation and the only thing he can tell me was "I sell used cars and good luck." Will never purchase or recommend anybody to go there, a ton of money down the drain. She ran my credit, and pre-approved me to make sure that it would be worth the trip to drive down from Charlotte, NC. The Luxury Autohaus had a great selection of 911's and also some turbos, but i had already made up my mind which one i wanted. When i arrived, Kevin introduced himself at the door, and gave me a tour of the shop. He has some very unique and special collector cars on site. We went on a test drive, and the 911 exceeded my expectations, and came with a few aesthetic and performance upgrades. CJ offered me a full meal, and beverages while i waited for the paperwork to be completed, and then i went to the back and finalized the deal with Holly. Everyone was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. After searching the NC/SC areas online for 3 weeks, i was able to find a car that was better than expected, at a very competitive price. I will definitely contact them again in the future when i am ready for the next 911! More

Great retail price I found the exact color I wanted, not easy to find. The price was about the same as one other car the same model and year. The only difference was my car had about 3,000 more miles on it and about $400 more. The other dealer offered me $13,000 for my trade, sight unseen. I was offered only $11,000 for my trade on my new car because it had a mechanical issue. I told the dealer what the issue was , gave him the mechanic's business name,and had the parts to repair the problem. Only labor was needed, maybe $200-$300 .But the dealer said what if another problem was found. I would have walked, but, the retail price of the car was good. And, I would have a problem finding the pearl white color at this price.So, I went for the deal. I did find the same car about a week later. It was pearl white and had 20,000 less miles. Mine had 67,000 miles. But, it listed for $5,000 more than what I paid for mine. It had the AMG wheels on it also. Mine did not. More
