I came across The Luxury Autohaus by way of Autotrader and inquired about a Porsche 911 Turbo, CJ Johnson called me in a matter of minutes had a wonderful conversation with her in reference to the vehicle and I also spoke to her manager Kevin which was very knowledgeable with Porsche vehicles. So The next morning I drove from Savannah to Atlanta and met with these wonderful people, CJ & Kevin made me feel right at home and treated me to lunch. Great deals on used vehicles I came in last minute (5 min before they closed) to look at a truck and Gio was in no rush to get us out. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!! I purchased a car from Luxury Autohaus on 8/5/2016 and I my experience was horrible. They advertise the car as being excellent mechanical condition bu I purchased a car from Luxury Autohaus on 8/5/2016 and I my experience was horrible. They advertise the car as being excellent mechanical condition but I arrive all the way from South Carolina and the car wasn't drivable. Kevin the owner refuse to provide a rear view mirror because of the cost from Ebay. He promised that he stands behind all of his cars but I beg a difference. It took them weeks to ship the car to my address and the transporter informed me of the companies bad business practices. The driver informed me that he did not receive proper payment for transporting the care. When I went to transfer tags; the title was still in the previous owners name. I contact Kevin and he was very rude and unprofessional on the phone. Kevin and staff members are not honest and don't stand behind their word. Yes, I purchased a used car but it's a lot of cosmetic issues that wasn't advertise on Craigslist. The issues with this purchase include rear view mirror, heating seat switch broke, window switches upside down, dash board lights not working, and suspension is bad. I advise anyone to purchase a new car instead of a use car instead of this dealership. This was the worst experience every; I WOULD NOT BUY A GO CART FROM THIS DEALERSHIP EVERY AGAIN. Please shop somewhere else and not at Autohaus in Georgia. More

Beware of these guys Dealer was overpriced and failed to provide agreed upon high cost repairs. This group is unprofessional and lacks ethics. Needless to say my issues were never addressed which cost me thousands of dollars and many grey hairs. More
