Dealing remotely with professionalism I searched nationwide, from Ohio, for a 2006-2010 Mercedes SLK55 AMG and The Luxury Autohaus had one in the unique color I desired. My wife wanted a c I searched nationwide, from Ohio, for a 2006-2010 Mercedes SLK55 AMG and The Luxury Autohaus had one in the unique color I desired. My wife wanted a convertible and we found a good one. I negotiated with Giovanni Santana for a few days via the phone. He was very helpful and proactive. He checked in with me with updates like a lesser APR offer on my financing from the bank. We didn't agree on a price at first but finally got to a deal I was feeling good about. Remember, I haven't even seen the car yet. Once initial details were worked out, I flew into Atlanta, Ubered to the dealer site and looked the car over. It was as described. I drove the car and it is a 2006 model, so I asked if they could look over a few things before I drove 400+ miles in the car to get it home. Their mechanical was awesome. He took care of everything I had concerns about. They even called in a glass guy and sealed a small chip in the windshield. They did all this same day as to accommodate my travel plans. Great attention to my needs while I was there. We closed out the deal and I drove this little roadster all the way back to Ohio with the top down. This was a great car buying experience. Kevin even let me sit in his 6 of 6 Maclaren. Their car lot is full of cars that I prefer. I'm their targeted audience and would certainly allow them to source me another ride in the future. When shopping for high end cars it is extremely important to have the confidence that whomever you are dealing with is of high integrity (which is hard to find in car sales), and that was probably the most impressive part of the experience b/c it is so hard to find. Kevin (finance officer and mngt.) and CJ (sales person) let me know everything about the car and answered all of my questions and within about an hour of dealing with them, I dropped the other Range Rovers I was considering and purchased it from them.
