Great Buying Experience I purchased by 2005 Porsche Cayenne from Kevin a couple of weeks ago. The car had a couple of known issues that Kevin had promised to fix. One issue I purchased by 2005 Porsche Cayenne from Kevin a couple of weeks ago. The car had a couple of known issues that Kevin had promised to fix. One issue turned out to no be a big deal, but the other was a failed radio head unit. Kevin had already ordered the part and would notify me when it arrived. He did just that and he actually installed it and made the repair himself. He literally disassembled the head unit down to the circuit board level in front of me. The price I got on the vehicle was fair, but to be honest, I wanted a better price. I am now aware of several of the repairs they made on the vehicle to get it to an almost like-new condition and there likely was not much room for bargaining. That speaks to the quality of product that they sell. Most dealers put a shine on it and expect you to fix all the issues - and they use those repair dollars as their negotiating buffer. I like the fact that these guys did repairs to this vehicle that they didn't have to, but it just made it nice solid, reliable vehicle. I do feel that my price was fair and though the purchase took over a week or so - because I was traveling - Kevin was a great communicator. Calling and texting me and always available. Will, the finance guy, was very friendly and made the paperwork easy. I have purchased many cars and this was by far the most enjoyable experience I have had with a used car dealership. I will definitely buy another car from these guys in the future. More

Phenomenal Experience I recently purchased a 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe from Luxury Autohaus and I couldn't imagine receiving better service than I received here. Not only I recently purchased a 2010 Hyundai Genesis Coupe from Luxury Autohaus and I couldn't imagine receiving better service than I received here. Not only were the quality of cars they were offering top-tier, but every single person I met during the experience was thoughtful, helpful, kind, and pleasant. My salesperson Kevin went out of his way from our first interaction (he gave me a call on his day off after I sent an inquiry about the car so that we could coordinate my visit) to the very end to make sure I was not only satisfied with my purchase, but that I had all my questions answered and felt confident about making my decision. I visited a few other dealers during my time looking for a car, and nothing compared to working with Kevin. Honesty is hard to come by in most businesses, unfortunately, and in the case of used car sales it seems it's even more difficult to find. This is not the case with Luxury Autohaus. You can tell that they genuinely love cars and make a conscious effort to only offer the best cars they can find. I am so lucky I stumbled across them, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality car and a positive buying experience. More
