I went to the kia store on Indian trail and Preston hwy and I had a bad experience. 2 days before I had talked to a guy named Steve and I was supposed to meet with him but it ended up being a different guy and I had a bad experience. 2 days before I had talked to a guy named Steve and I was supposed to meet with him but it ended up being a different guy don't even know what his name was and I really don't give a xxxx to know. I explained to the guy I was a single mother of 2 kids and I needed something I could afford to pay every month and when he found out how much I made each month and my credit wasn't as good he immediately pretty much blew me off as a joke. He said he was gonna go find some cars that would be in my price range, next thing I knew a piece of xxxx whatever the xxxx it was pulled up in the front of the dealership that smoked up the entire xxxxin parking lot and the guy came back in laughing, we asked the guy if that was a trade in and he said no that was what he was gonna show me. Well I got my 3 year old daughter and cousin and straight left. Very unprofessional, rude and not willing to help whatsoever. I won't be back there and I won't recommend this place to anyone. Maybe someone else will have a good experience with it and abetter salesman but I didn't at all. More

I found the prices to be good, maybe not the very best rock bottom prices, but I am willing to pay a little more for better customer service and the feeling that I am not being ripped off. With some of the super low prices you see you kind of have to wonder what's going on with that car or that dealership so I am happy to avoid to "iffy" dealerships and their questionable low prices. Overall I highly recommend The Kia Store for used car sales. More
