Great Guys I recently relocated to Illinois from New Jersey. I went to Honda of Joliet for my first service since buying my car. Todd, my service technician was friendly and prompt. After my service was complete, The Service Manager Mark, introduced himself and checked through my purchase paperwork to discover that I had a service agreement and my service today was covered by that agreement. Mark was very nice and paid great attention to detail. I would highly recommend Honda of Joliet to all Honda owners in the area! More

I bought a used Honda CR-V back in May and in itself was a pleasurable experience. Yesterday I was simply amazed by the great customer service skills of their Service Manager, Mark Korallus. I went in with my first problem with the car, feeling I would have to battle to get things done right. The first five minutes after speaking with the Service Manager, I could tell I was in for a much different experience than I expected. First and foremost, Mark is an "old school" customer service person, actually putting the customer first, not really a lot like him anymore. Not only did he fix my problem completely but, actually kept me informed throughout the whole process, seeking me out to explain the steps that were being taken to resolve my problem. Mark seems surrounded by people that seem to enjoy their jobs in helping us out, the car buyer's. Honestly, I cannot say enough about this dealership and the people that work their. I actually relaxed, drank their coffee and watched Stevie Wonder do a little jamming on the View. Blood pressure and heart rate never exceeded normal - thanks for that. This experience yesterday made my day - thanks to all that helped make this a stress free and pleasant experience. More

Will was able to fit me in and give me a very fair price. (Coupons always help) It's nice coming in and not having to worry about whether on not I'll be taken for unnecessary extras. Honda of Joliet takes care of only what is needed for the customer, not just their bottom line. Great job as usual Will and the Service team at Honda of Joliet!!! More
Outstanding Customer Service!!! A strange thing happened to my seatbelt buckle about a week or so ago. It would not release the seat belt. At first, I called to make an appointment A strange thing happened to my seatbelt buckle about a week or so ago. It would not release the seat belt. At first, I called to make an appointment with the service center and explained the problem. Then I had them switch me to Parts to find our how much the part was. While the parts dept was checking. I got another call and could not wait around for him to return to the phone. By the time I was done with the other call they were closed for the evening. Anyway, I was on my way to the appointment on Monday after work and called again to parts to see how much it would cost to replace the seatbelt since things were tight and I time was tight that day. The Parts person told me it would be $275 for the buckle and that the seatbelt itself was also $275 if I needed that pat as well. Since it was costly, I decided to put it off for a while and had the parts guy switch me to service to cancel the appointment. I spoke with Todd Porterfield in Service, and he encouraged me to bring it in for the diagnostic and that Honda usually covers the cost of the safety issues like seat belts. Well, the manager, Kevin Stratton had gone for the day and he needed to check with him to be sure that Honda would cover it because they needed to replace both the seatbelt and the buckle which would be well over $500. Todd called back the next day after consulting with Kevin and gave me the good news. they replaced it for free. I have used this dealership, Honda of Joliet for other major repairs and found them to be honest trustworthy and always stand by their products and repairs. I would highly recommend this service dept. for any repairs that you need on Honda cars. More

Worst customer experience I've ever had, gave my Honda Civic for first service, they did not change the oil at all, instead they DRAINED THE OIL and D Worst customer experience I've ever had, gave my Honda Civic for first service, they did not change the oil at all, instead they DRAINED THE OIL and DID NOT PUT THE OIL TANK CAP I came back home and went to a party to find burnt smell in the cabin and the engine overheated. NEVER EVER am I going to buy a HONDA nor am I going to get my Honda serviced here. More
Service Manager Appointment was made but parts weren't ordered. We picked the car up. Recall not repaired. Kevin sent the mechanic to my house and repaired it. Mechanic told me it's a great place to work and Kevin is a good boss. I know I want happy people working on my car. Happy people care and do good work. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!!! I have been a service customer of this dealership for over 20 years. My last two wonderful experiences epitomize the reason I have never considered go I have been a service customer of this dealership for over 20 years. My last two wonderful experiences epitomize the reason I have never considered going anywhere else. The first of these two experiences involved an appointment for an alignment. I was able to make the appointment time, but, my schedule had changed, and I needed the work done as timely as possible. Even though the service center was visibly busy at that time, they were understanding of my situation and assisted in helping me get back home so I could accomplish some work tasks. As always, they did this with professionalism and without seeming to be annoyed by my request. The second experience involved a flat tire. I was attempting to go to work, when I noticed a flat tire. I immediately called Honda of Joliet and spoke to Todd. I have aggressive psoriatic arthritis and am unable to change the tire. Todd didn't hesitate to offer me assistance to get the tire changed so I could get the tire into the shop to be checked out. They sent a young gentleman (I do not know his name) that was polite, courteous and acted quickly to change my tire. Upon getting to the service center, they accommodated me with a loaner so that I would not miss any work. I appreciate their willingness to understand about my disability and it comforts me to know they are there for me if the disease worsens. The service center of Honda of Joliet has consistently been professional, courteous, friendly, and accommodating. That includes all positions - service advisors, service managers, porters, and office staff. I will continue being a customer of this service center as long as I live in the area and as long as I own a vehicle (the vehicle being a Honda is assumed, cause at the moment I could never see me driving anything else), Thanks to staff, Kevin Stratton, and the ownership for being a trusted vendor. More
