Maybe a little thing, but it is an investment by Honda of Joliet in both time and money that reflects on the pride and service they deliver. I purchased a $30K Chrysler at another dealership and continue to have their plate holder advertisement on my van. When I show up for service, I am just another 'task' walking in the door, don't feel any sense of appreciation. I had the van serviced at Honda Joliet once, and it came back spotless. My perception is if they care about the car, they care about the service. More
Getting an oil change on 10/27/15 I have been going to your dealership for service ever since I moved here 2-1/2 years ago. I always got excellent service. However, yesterday when I have been going to your dealership for service ever since I moved here 2-1/2 years ago. I always got excellent service. However, yesterday when I took my car in for an oil change, things just were not as outstanding as usual. I had a coupon which said it would take 45 minutes or less. The service advisor told me it would be an hour but that is not a big deal for me. I waited for 1-1/2 hours before I was told my car was ready. I knew they weren't busy because nobody was in the waiting area except one customer who walked in and out of the area. He asked me how long I had waited and I told him. He said he was told it would be 45 minutes for his oil change and he had been waiting an hour. He saw his car sitting outside and it was finished. I then looked and saw mine was also outside finished. Also, always before my car was brought into the service area so I never had to go outside to get into my car; however, yesterday, I had to walk outside in the drizzle to get into my car. The other customer told me that all the service advisors were "new bees" except one. More

Servuce Everything went very smoothly, and we were able to look at the crv and hrv while we waited. Poor service dept I had recall work on my fuel pump and seals. They said it would take up to 2 hours. My appt was at 1020. I asked at 2pm how much longer to find it the I had recall work on my fuel pump and seals. They said it would take up to 2 hours. My appt was at 1020. I asked at 2pm how much longer to find it they never started on the car. When I got home my car didn't want to start. When I brought it back first they said nothing was wrong but then said it is the fuel pump but that they didn't break it when they worked on it. The car had no problems before they touched it. If I could give zero stars I would. I will never buy from them again. More

I had brought in for oil change once and they did not change the oil. I just took into them to have them look at trans slipping, I marked the tires when I parked and wrote down the mileage, they called me and said that they test drove the car and could not find a problem and charged me for diagnostics. When I picked the car up it was in the same spot with the tire mark still in the same location and no miles out on it. But yet all they can tell me is that the techs have been there for years. Time for new techs! When bringing up several issues to the service manager he just blew me off. More
Great Service - Mark Korallus goes above and beyond! I have been a loyal customer of Honda of Joliet since 2004. All maintenance on my vehicle has been done at this location and the service has been exc I have been a loyal customer of Honda of Joliet since 2004. All maintenance on my vehicle has been done at this location and the service has been exceptional. Recently my car would not start (a jump didn't work) and I had my vehicle towed to another Honda dealership due to its' proximity. You never know how good you have it until another dealership try's to pull the wool over your eyes! I called Mark K at Honda of Joliet to see if he could help me out with the issue I was having with the other dealership. Without hesitation, he said "let me see what I can do". He by no means had to intervene on my behalf. He did not know me. I just told him I was a loyal customer. The issue eventually was favorably resolved with Mark's help! I highly recommend Honda of Joliet! Thank you again Mark! Patti L More
Most wonderful workers and dealership Mark and all of his employees from Honda were beyond wonderful. Went up and beyond what they had to do to make sure we were taken care of. Everything Mark and all of his employees from Honda were beyond wonderful. Went up and beyond what they had to do to make sure we were taken care of. Everything about the employees, as well as the dealership, was something out of the ordinary. Most wonderful people there. Couldn't be happier or more pleased. More
