I am a repeat customer and will continue to be. We just bought a new odyssey and knew our only choice was honda for our new minivan because we couldn't even think of going somewhere else for service! Hr explains everything without assuming I don't know anything about cars because i'm a woman and a mom - I know more than y husband-so I know that what mark says needs fixing really does need fixing! I am a long time customer of Honda of Joliet. I switched dealerships shortly after the car was purchased when I realized how convenient the shuttle service was with four small children. They would even use my car so I didn't need to move car seats. The car was always done when they said, and I was given updates along the way when necessary. Today they topped my already high expectations for service. I had scheduled routine work and requested an estimate in advance. Upon picking up the car, only the requested work was done at the stated amount, but Riley had also prepared a list of upcoming expenses I could count on listed in order of importance and included costs. He helped me work out what could be put off safely and what needed to be seen to in a timely manner. I will now be able to budget for the upcoming expenses over a year instead of being surprised and overwhelmed. More
I was passing through and needed to find a Honda dealer to get some work done on my Accord. I asked someone at a restaurant and they recommended this dealer. I paid more here than in Louisiana but the prices are probably higher up here. If I am through again, I will definitely service my car here and buy a new one if I need to. More

Both of my experiences have been good and I will continue to bring my business to them. We have many choices as consumers today and Honda of Joliet makes it inviting to do business with them. The waiting room is awesome, and customer service is outstanding. Trust me, I am not an easy grader when it comes to restaurants and car dealerships. I would also reccommend this location to my friends and family (and I don't do that very often as it puts my reputation at stake also). They pay attention to detail, and as long as they continue to do so, I will keep coming back. More
Riley and Roger were very friendly and made the whole service experience pleasant. My car had a key safety feature that needed repaired so Riley put me in a loaner car and explained the whole process of service experience pleasant. I had service work done on my 2008 Accord due to spiders building a web in the EVAC system. At first, the webs were simply cleaned out but at another visit my service advisor, Riley suggested a couple doll building a web in the EVAC system. At first, the webs were simply cleaned out but at another visit my service advisor, Riley suggested a couple dollars part which would prevent this problem from reaccurring. He had the work completed quickly and inexpensively. I couldn't be happier with the solution and am glad Riley suggested it. I would definitely recommend Honda of Joliet for any service work you need done and if you want to work with a very helpful service advisor who really explains things well, I would ask for Riley. I know I will next time I go there. More
