I had routine maint. done to my 2008 Honda Civic. I really don't know that much about cars, so John told me what I needed, but most importantly, what I did not need. In the future, based on the way that John treated me, I will ask for him specifically. You could not ask for better customer service. Honda of Joliet did an excellent job of servicing my 2006 Honda Civic. Heidi Gross handled my customer service. She was kind and attentive and made sure all my needs were met in a timely manner. I just came back from vacation and found that there was a recall on the locks for my new CRV (which I totally love) and called immediately. I was given the best attention for a last minute call to get in for service. Got in within three days. When I got there everyone was completely helpful and very friendly. The service on my CRV took exactly how long they said it would, giving me the opportunity to have them take me for breakfast (cuz of the length of time). Periodically Roger would come and check on me and give me updates and see if I needed anything. When they were thru, he explained all that was done and asked if I needed anything else or had any other questions. I paid for the extra service that I had then when on my way. As I left everyone working that day in the garage all said bye. I could honestly say that none of them seemed fake or unbelievable. I received a call later that day to let me know if I needed anything else to give them a call. More

They really took time to find out what is wrong with my car to the extent of even calling Honda service to assistance, they did not stop until they could fix the unusual problem in my car. From the minute we walked into the dealership to get my van serviced, we were met with smiling faces and very friendly people. Mark Carlson was especially helpful. Mark told me where the waiting room was and then told that there was a waiting room with toys, separate TV, child-friendly books and magazines and child-sized chairs. My daughter was much happier here than in the regular waiting room. As soon as Mark heard from the service department that my van was going to take a little longer to fix than originally anticipated, he arranged for Enterprise to pick me up and get me a rental car for the day. (He asked if this was ok with me before doing so, but he did check into my extended warranty for me.) Mark went above and beyond to help me understand what was going on with my van, make my daughter and I comfortable and especially to help arrange for me to get a rental car. Everyone we encountered today at Honda of Joliet was incredibly friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable when I had a question. More
