I purchased my new Odyssey back in 2005 and have been coming back for routine service since. For the last five years , Roger has been the service associate I have been working with and he is the BEST. Ro coming back for routine service since. I* have been in customer service for over 20yrs and it's very rare to find someone that actually CARES and is really out there to help the customer. This review is for the SERVICE department, specifically Heidi. We were on a holiday trip across three states and our Honda Odyssey broke down. To make matters to us worse, it was our first trip with our yo Heidi. We were on a holiday trip across three states and our Honda Odyssey broke down. To make matters to us worse, it was our first trip with our young baby. Thankfully, Honda of Joliet was the closest dealership and ended up being who we called. I spoke with Heidi and she immediately took charge and completely relieved the stress we felt. She arranged almost everything for us in this "desperate" situation including towing and a rental car. We literally only had to wait for those people to call us and wait for them to show up. Long story short, the van was fixed perfectly and returned cleaner than it came to them, and Heidi went absolutely above and beyond what I expected from them. I only wish I lived nearer to make them my dealership to use. I would, without hesitation, do business with them again and again. This was completely under warranty and they had zero money to be made. My bill was $0 and I've never had a nicer service experience. Heidi kept me informed by phone calls as the service problem was diagnosed, and as it was fixed. Complete first class service every step of the way. More
