Justin Resto was my Service Advisor. He was very helpful and explained all the work and pricing that would be performed on my Civic. Justin was able to provide me with the detailed information on a faulty actuator for the door after consulting with the technicians. Also, he informed me that the technician(s) found that the power steering seal had a leak. He kept me informed of the status of the vehicle and provided a loaner vehicle when it was determined my car would need to be kept overnight until the parts arrived for the door. Very prompt and friendly service. Recommendation for new tires came as a result of completed courtesy inspection which showed I really needed them. I was driving home from Cincinnati when my car began to have the same problem it had experience 3 other times over the past 4 years. When I pulled in the dealership Dani met me with a smile and it calmed have the same problem it had experience 3 other times over the past 4 years. I explained the problem and she immediately new what I was talking about and told me she was confident that the dealership would be able to take care of it. while the tech was looking into the problem, she came out to give me detail by detail status reports. Once it was decided that the car had to stay, she offered a demo for me to drive home. She gave me the persons name who would be working on the car and the process that the car would be going through. She told me when she would be calling with updates along with her day off, so I wouldn't be looking for her. During the entire 7 day experience, Dani contacted me everyday with updates so I knew exactly what was going on. I will go directly back to Dani the next time any of my 3 cars needs work. More
