We've been coming out to Honda of Joliet for about 4 years not once did we have a bad experiences. They treat us like friends. The service department is great always takes good care of us. My son bought a used 2011 F-150 from here and there was a crack in the windshield that was agreed to replace it should he purchase the vehicle. He bought it and a time was agreed to have it changed by a thir crack in the windshield that was agreed to replace it should he purchase the vehicle. He bought it and a time was agreed to have it changed by a third-party windshield company. We arrived and when the company explained that the correct windshield hadn't arrived, my son was disappointed, obviously. The sales manager graciously offered to pay for his fuel as we drove from Peoria. We were amazed that even though it wasn't Joliet Superstores problem, they went out of their way to take care of us. Now, there is service after the sale at its best! It will be worth my trip to purchase my next vehicle here. Thank you. More

I came in to get my windshield wiper blades replaced first thing in the morning and was in and out in no time! I had a free cup of coffee and also got to enjoy a funny TV show in their comfy lounge. I also had a coupon for a car wash that I redeemed from when I didn't have time to have my car cleaned during an oil change. They had no issue with washing my car, even though it took longer to do so than it did to replace my blades. They were very friendly and I appreciated that my day started out with a smile. More

This service was a recall. Not happy when that happens, but Fernando Pizano and the dealership made sure I was inconvenienced as little as [\possible. They had a loaner car ready for me as it was going to but Fernando Pizano and the dealership made sure I was inconvenienced as little as [\possible. They had a loaner car ready for me as it was going to take a few days to get the part and do the work. When they started the repair for the recall, they found other work that needed to be done. A few days latter the car was done and I returned to the dealership with my car washed and cleaned waiting for me to go. I was at the dealership no more than 5 minutes and I was on my way. A very good experience for me. More
First visit since purchasing my accord, purchased from a family friend so wasn't too sure of what maintenance it was due for. Mr. Pizano greeted me and set me right up for my oil change. He informed me of what services I should consider in the near future: he seemed very knowledgeable and explained the services and what they would entailed in great detail. I left confident knowing the my vehicle was up to date with maintenance. I will be scheduling my upcoming services with Fernando for sure. More
I went in for service this past week and Justin was my service advisor. He was very informative on what services I needed done. Brake flush, power steering flush, and an alignment.
