Two of my children as well as myself have Honda cars. When they brought their cars in for service, they weren't charged for parts that were not needed and it was serviced quickly. I have just brought my car in for a normal service. A very small item was overlooked from the last service. When I brought it to the attention of the Service Advisor, (Dani Menue) another Service Advisor, over heard the conversation and immediately brought it to the attention of the service department. The part was ordered and I was contacted to bring it in at my convenience. Due to the kind of service I have received here, I will always recommend this dealership for purchasing and service. More
I came in for service recently on my Honda and my experience there was a very enjoyable one. The service writer named Dani greeted me very nicely and made me feel welcome. She listened attentively to my requests and explained everything involved with the process of repairing my vehicle. The work was done in a timely manner and she kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. When it was finished she let me know how everything went and had my car pulled up quickly and sent me on my way. Always friendly and cordial. Would definitely recommend returning to this facility. I recently was in the Honda dealership in joilet. I had come for a wheel alignment. One of my first experiences of car repairs on my own. Todd had greated me and immediately made me feel at ease. He found out that I had one very bad tire, and helped me explain the priblem to both my parents over the phone. After ordering me a new tire he completed the wheel alignment. While I waited for my car, He checked in with me and kept me updated on the progress of my car. My over all experience was great. My Honda Civic Hybrid was in dire straits and I had to have the IMA battery replaced. Todd explained that it would cost $3,000 and I immediately went into panic mode. Todd called back that afternoon explaining that the car was under warranty and it would be of no cost to me. Todd didn't really need to help us out by doing research. The place was so busy, I wouldn't think he would have time for me. For this, I say thank you Todd Porterfield.
