We had been searching for Honda Civics for a few weeks both at dealerships in our area and online. We found great prices on the Honda Civics we saw online at Honda of Joliet. We got a fair price for our trade--matching Kelly Blue Book--and brought home two Civics that dealers in our area couldn't match. We had very friendly service from the first phone call until we left the lot and couldn't be more please with our experience! The paperwork took 3 1/2 hours--no kidding--but we are from out of state and were trading one vehicle toward two. It was definitely complicated! On the upside, the clerk in our state's treasurer's office commented that the paperwork was done extremely well, and it's not usually that straight-forward dealing with out-of-state titles. It was a very simple process registering them in our state. More

We have been looking for a mid-sized truck to haul a boat. The Ridgeline we bought was first located online. Called and spoke with Mike Reznick. We went on a test drive during a rain storm and were very pleased with how the vehicle handled. Josh went over the details of the warranty, loan availability, trade in values and the option to lease a vehicle. This was the easiest vehicle i have ever purchased. I found out through the dealer website that they had the exact car i was looking for (color, interior, model, trim package) and I let mike know which o found out through the dealer website that they had the exact car i was looking for (color, interior, model, trim package) and I let mike know which one it was, he found the car (which he said just came in off the delivery truck), got it out front for a test drive in record time, we took it for a ride, I gave him a price I was willing to pay, he got it ok'd and we were done. Financing went extremely quick, at the same time they were finishing prepping the car. Very efficient so i would not have to wait long.The car wasn't quite done when we got out of financing but Mike kept us updated as to when it would be ready and it wasn't long at all until we were driving out of there. No B.S. Just a great, to the point professional transaction. I would highly recommend our salesman MIke and this dealership to everyone i know.
