I conducted some research on-line and walked into the dealership with a rough and tumble “take no prisoners” attitude. I was shocked that my experience from start to finish was very pleasant and quite easy. In fact, my last trip to the grocery store was more difficult than my dealings with Honda of Joliet. I had a great feeling from the moment I walked in the door. The entire staff took an interest in me personally, my needs / requirements, and very straightforwardly answered any questions which I had. From the moment I sat down with Ted Turrisi I could tell that we was very knowledgeable about the entire Honda line and the auto industry as a whole.
