Daryl and Casey were two of the people that had helped me out throughout my car buying experience. I had called Daryl and explained the situation that had happened at another dealership. He told me he was sorry for what had happened, and worked to accommodate what I wanted. We ran through some numbers and came to an agreement that I thought was suitable for me. I had called earlier explaining that it would be hectic for me to get into the dealership that day. They were nice enough to stay and have everything ready for when I arrived. They had all of the paperwork ready, and when I was there already knew what to expect. By the time I got there, the process was very simple and took no time at all. Casey was also very great, after all of the paper work was finished he had walked me out to my new vehicle. He thoroughly went through all of the features of the car, and made sure that I had understood everything. I would like to thank them both for making my experience a great one. More

Josh Tornabeni at Honda of Joliet on the other hand was extremely pleasant to work with and almost immediately put us at ease after meeting him. He was very patient, knowledgeable and really did a great of job listening in order to find the right car for our needs. When we told him we needed a day to think about, he just calmly said no problem and thanked us for giving him the opportunity to earn our business. There was no pressure or attempts to drag us into the office for a sales pitch (which always puts us on the defensive). After doing some homework, it was a toss up between a few cars, but ended up with Honda of Joliet because of Josh, as we appreciated the amount of respect he had shown us. More
I had an 11:30 appointment for an oil change and a recall notice to update software related to a possible transmission issue. At the time I made the aapointment I was told it would take about an hour, which I was fine with, and would wait in the waiting area. I live in Naperville and it is about a 30 min drive. I arrived for the appointment, and during the intake paperwork told them my TPMS light had also been on (related to tire pressure). After an hour and a half they finally came out to tell me that to look at the TPMS issue it would take another hour to run diagnostics. Because my car has only 25,000 miles any issues should be covered under the warrenty unless there was some kind of damge done to the parts. Fine. I said look at it, might as well get it loked at while under warrenty. After an hour I asked how much longer. She would check. She forgot. Half an hour later I asked again. She would grab my paperwork and get me out. after 10 min I went to the cashier station and asked if she had my paperwork, that I had been waiting for 3 1/2 hours now. She looked on the computer and said it did not look ready. A few more min. and finally the mechanic comes out (probably because she did not want to face me) and says they had to reset 6 codes related to the tires, but found no problems "what so ever" with my veichle. Because there was no issue, it was not covered under warrenty and would cost $115.00 for the diagnostic fee! WHAT?? No problem so I owe more money because there was nothing to fix? Yes basically. The manager acted like it was a big favor to take $25 off the fee. I had been there almost 4 hours. Nothing to eat but their coffee, not so much as an apology. WORST COSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I will never go there again! More
I needed a car as I was in an accident and my previous vehicle was totaled. I found an ad online for a car that I was interested in, but when I got to the dealership, that car had already sold. The sales people here are very friendly and very informative on their vehicles. We walked in to look at the new Odyssey's and the salesman knew every inch and feature of the vehicle. This was my first new car buying experience in 10 years. My last one wasn't great and I left feeling that I didn't get as good a deal as I could have. Not so in this case. We shopped around to 5 different manufacturers and several other dealerships and we came back here because it just felt like the right deal for us. Josh was really patient and not pushy at all. He let us make the decisions and didn't try to persuade us into anything we didn't want. When we got closer to making a decision the pricing was completely explained and typed out on paper, not scrawled on the back of a business card like a lot of other sales people we met. I was completely satisfied with the experience and had no "buyers remorse" afterward, which is a first for me. More
