Just recently bought a 2012 CRV from Honda Joliet dealership and could not be any happier. As for the service department at Honda of Joliet, they are outstanding! I have taken my Civic in a few months ago and HEIDI GROSS was fantastic! She told me what needed to be maintained on my Civic to make it last a lifetime. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. All I have to say is if wasn't for Richard Moffet my salesman I may of not bought a car from this dealer. I had been looking for a car for over a month and had visited Honda of Joliet 3 weeks prior to m salesman I may of not bought a car from this dealer. I had such a good time with Richard the first time, I had to go back and see if they had got any new inventory. Richard's calm , down to earth, no pressure sales approach exceeded my expectations for a car salesman. He took the time to show me what they had and took the time to listen my needs and wants in the car I was looking for. He understood what payments I wanted to be at and worked diligently with me and the sales manager to work on a price. Just an overall 5 out of 5 experience from start to finish. The car was clean and certified. Before they gave to car to me they cleaned and detailed it. The car was in excellent condition and they even showed me what work they had done to it ! Richard truley is an example of what every car salesman should be. There is a reason why i was the THIRD person to buy a car from him that day. As a single woman, car buying is always a nervous ordeal. This was not the case at Honda of Joliet. Kurt Holzinger met me as I walked in the door. I had an internet quote, but I said up front I wasn't buying today, just wanted a test drive. He said sure. He was friendly and knowledgable. I felt very comfortable with him and by the time I got home I knew I wanted the Accord. I called Kurt back to make the deal. He didn't have the model and color I wanted in stock, but tracked one down and personally traveled to Lisle to get me the car I wanted. Suzanne in the finance office was very friendly and helpful and gave me some great advice about maintaining a good credit history. Kurt has even called twice since my purchase to make sure I was satisfied and happy with my car. I couldn't be more pleased. More

Our first point of contact was with Josh Tornabeni, spoke to him on the phone and he went through the details of the car first, knowing that we would be driving far to come see it. When we got there we spoke to Josh who had the car out and ready for us to view. He provided great customer service and really worked with us on all aspects of the car buying experience. Knowing it would be a long day, he made us comfortable even with some obstablces we incurred. We were not able to drive the car off the lot, which we were not happy with but Josh said he would personally drive the car and drop it off at our house when it was ready. We do not live anywhere near this dealer, so he went above and beyond our expectations. We appreciate the great customer serive to the Honda of Joliet dealership and especially Josh.
