He was persistent and paid attention to detail and was able to completely fulfilled my expectations in my experience buying a new car. I was able to get everything I wanted in a new vehicle while still staying within my price range. Josh took his time working with me as well as keeping my family involved in my new purchase without taking the focus off of me since I was the person actually purchasing the vehicle. He allowed me to drive different models of cars so I could get a complete idea of the model and features of the car that were right for me. Josh made me feel like I was a top priority and didn't make me feel like just another sale. He was professional and very thorough! Suzanne was also a HUGE help with the purchase of my new car and was able to help me out financially and get me into the right car while sticking in my budget! Service is yet to be rated yet from what I've seen and heard, they should be rated high also. Larry worked with us tirelessly answering our many questions on this vehicle which is one great family vehicle. It is loaded with every conceivable option. Rick worked with us also with financing and optional protection issues which we normally don't buy, yet when explained to us makes more sense, is wise and very cost effective. Wonderful people to deal with, as we have made numerous new vehicle purchase's and this one is the best overall experience we've had. More
